We are a homeowner's association with a subdivision of 784 lots right in the heart of the Olympic Peninsula. Located on the west side of the Hood Canal in beautiful rural Brinnon Washington. We have a private 40-acre beach with clams, oysters and geoduck for harvesting, a boat launch with dock for small boats, two playgrounds, a clubhouse and covered picnic area on the Duckabush River with its crystal-clear glacier water. We also have 2 private wells for filling portable water tanks. This region is known for its Hood Canal Spotted Shrimp, Dungeness & Rock Crab, boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking, waterfalls and endless sightseeing. Area inhabitants include Bald Eagles, Roosevelt Elk, Deer, Seals and even the occasional Killer Whale pod.
